Whether the antigen is recognized to T lymphocyte becomes different of whether this causes the allergy or doesn't cause it because it differs one by one and appears. <4> antigen was recognized “Interleukin?" Tlimphocyte. The secretion is discharged. Discharged "Interleukin I”The stimulation of T"is received and the clone of Tlimphocyte is produced one after another. The proliferating T cell shifts to the skin through the blood vessel. (Approval of sensitization） <5>The antigen invades again. <6>When T cell recognizes the antigen, it is caused as an allergic reaction.
