6-3.Metabolizing of melanin
	The melanin granule made every day is made from endoplasm named melanosome(malanin endoplasm). When it reaches a certain fixed amount, melanosome is sent to a peripheral epidermic cell through the projection of melanocyte that has expanded like the branch. The epidermis cell is pushed up facing it on the skin surface along with keratinization with melanosome included. Finally, it becomes dirt, it peels off from the surface of the skin, and it falls. Meanwhile, the melanin pigment is generated from stratum basale one after another. The balance of this excretion and generation is kept for a normal skin. The cycle of the excretion and the generation of the melanin pigment is called metabolize of the melanin.
	●In metabolizing the melanin, another also has the one that falls into dermis though it is pushed up on epidermis with the epidermis cell. Melanosome not taken to the epidermis cell falls in dermis and is eaten by the macrophage.Afterwards, it is excreted to outside of the body via the blood vessel and the lymphocyte. However, the melanin metabolizing might not go well when some abnormalities are found in the skin, and melanosome that falls to dermis stay as it is.
	●It is destroyed by lysosome at the end though melanosome becomes former color by keratitinization in the form of the state as it is. The tone that similar stratum corneum on the surface is thin has been. Because melanosome decreases by going to epidermis. Melanosome is handed over with stratum basale and stratum spinosum in the white race, and the melanin pigment is lacked in the layer on any more. On the other hand, because melanosome is large, and melanosome is carried even to stratum granulosum, the black is shown in a black race.
	Metabolizing of melanin �@When ultraviolet rays is received, melanocyte causes the activity. �AThe melanin pigment is generated when ultraviolet rays is received, and it changes into brown voluntarily though melanocyte usually does a light color. �BThe melanin pigment contains tyrosinase of the oxidative enzyme, and tyrosine is made as a raw material in melanocyte as for tyrosinase. �CThe melanin pigment is sent in basale cell through the projection of the branch that melanocyte extended. �DThis projection of the branch makes an umbo rush into basale cell, and the projection part is taken, destroyed, digested, and the melanin pigment diffuses. �EBasale cell matures to spinosum cell and granule cell, moves on, and urges the diffusion of the melanin. When ultraviolet rays is received, it is this that skin blackens �FIt is excreted by keratinization after it diffuses to the entire epidermis, and it disappears to the macrophage (companion with the white blood corpuscle) being eaten. This mechanism becomes remain a partial deposition of the coloring matter with the disorder of the renewal of the skin and the decrease it and it becomes a bristletail.
